Through life we all experience relationship challenges, temporary setbacks, adjustments, and at times the unthinkable. Practicing therapy allows me to help my clients cultivate resilience, build skills, enhance insight, and change behaviors. I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment through the therapeutic process. I'm an LPC-S with 12 years of clinical experience and a Level II EMDR trained therapist. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy. In addition to trauma work, I enjoy supporting clients through a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression and life transitions. I also have a special interest in working with neurodivergent clients and creating a supportive, empowering therapeutic environment.
